Daniel Arsham and Alex Mustonen conceived it as the piece that broke away from their Broken Mirror, an irregular slab laid on beams of a highly resistant plastic agglomerate. Gufram makes the slab in soft polyurethane and finishes it by hand with Guflac®, so it looks like masonry but yields slightly when you sit down.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAlmost Black followed in 2024 as a limited edition of 777 pieces. It is 190 cm long and 43 cm high. Hand finishing makes every slab slightly different.
