Kitchen knives from the Sky collection, designed by Aurélien Barbry for Georg Jensen with the asymmetric, organic forms of the series. Each knife is made of stainless steel with a sharp, high-precision blade.
The chef's knife is a multi-purpose knife for preparing all kinds of food, the paring knife suits smaller everyday tasks, and the bread knife has a serrated blade that cuts through hard crusts. Hand washing is recommended to keep the edge sharp. The knives fit the Alfredo knife stand.
