Negresco is a wall lamp designed by Martine Bedin in 1981. It is a square box with a lime-green frame and a pink inner field, crossed diagonally by a single white tube of light. Hung on the wall, it reads as a flat graphic form, close to a small picture, rather than as a fitting.
The body is made of wood covered with decorative laminate and measures 60 by 60 cm, 12 cm deep. The light source is one LED T8/G13 tube with a light colour of 4000 K and a maximum power of 18 W. Small differences in colour and surface between pieces are part of Memphis' artisanal production.
